Verbs In English

March 6, 2008 at 5:50 am (Students, Verbs)

Most of the times,  when we have to learn different verbs it is a bit boring and difficult, because we have to study  lists of vocabulary.

What do you think of learning a lot of verbs singing? I give you this oppurtunity having a look at the following video. It is called Grammar Rock Verbs, and I have just found it in the net. We will have a look at it in class to see if you have any problem of understanding.

Anyway, I think it can be useful for youn learners as a new way to studying verbs.

Present simple

February 5, 2008 at 10:32 pm (Students, Verbs, powerpoint)

We are going to have a look at one of the first tenses you study in English. Although I know it is difficult for you, you have to study grammar, specially those grammar points that are the beginning of your trip into English language. One of these first points is the present simple tense.

I have prepared this power point to explain how you can form and use this tense.

Here you have another Power Point about this taken tense from  http://www.slideshare.net/gracielateacher/simple-present-tense . You can do some exercises related to present simple tense. Let’s have a look at it!

Is it easier now? If you need more practice you can click on the following sites and they will help you:
